Job Title:

AOI/SPI SMT Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

Machine operation:

Set up and operate SMT, SPI, and AOI machines according to work orders and production schedules.

Quality control:

Perform SPI to check solder paste deposits and use AOI to inspect for defects such as missing or incorrect components, solder joint issues, and correct component placement.

Machine maintenance:

Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot problems, and perform minor repairs on SMT, SPI, and AOI machines to ensure optimal performance.

Program management:

Load and modify programs for AOI/SPI machines to improve inspection efficiency and accuracy.

Defect analysis:

Review machine-identified defects and communicate process or component problems to supervisors or technical support staff for immediate correction.

Process improvement:

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance throughput and reduce waste.

Record keeping:

Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Electronics or related field. 1-3 years' experience in AOI/SPI Machine Operator and Program editing (electronics manufacturing preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
