This role in Client Coverage Technology is within PE Hive for the position of PMO Analyst.
The ideal candidate is familiar with project controls, administration, and toolsets across project delivery life cycle. The candidate should be "critical thinker", actively demonstrating their analytical skills, ingenuity, initiative, and sound judgment when it comes to supporting the Project Manager/s in all aspects of the project delivery. The candidate should be well organised with a structured approach to problem solving, organising and communicating to stakeholders.
This role entails close working relationship with the respective counterparts in COO, Ops and global leads from within and other Technology & Innovation (T&I) teams to execute the strategic priorities for PE sub domain.
You have a strong drive to succeed (i.e. willing to roll-up your sleeves to drive success). Additionally, you are solutions-focused as well as have the ability to execute tactically with minimum supervision and guidance across a geographically dispersed team.

Standard Job Requirements
At least 10 to 12 years experience in an organization that runs multiple cross-functional projects with interdependencies.
Financial Management
Expert knowledge in managing the financials of a large IT project/s in the range of $ 15-20m
Track project expenses related to staff, vendors, infrastructure, licenses
Ensure timely and proper issuance of purchase orders and processing of invoices, liaising with vendors
Work with large amount of numerical data, perform data analysis and provide a transparent and detailed report to the management.
Track and improve financial status by analysing results and monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions
Maintain and track purchase orders, invoices, accruals (intra month and annual).
Resource Management
Manage hiring requirements for the team
Interact with HR and vendors to ensure right fit of resources on geographies, skills, experience level, niche skilled resources, diversity inclusion, contract staff
Perform resource management tasks in Clarity e.g. administer time booking, task allocation to resources
Vendor resources onboarding/offboarding activities, Fieldglass Management
PMO Activities
Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings and analysis and make recommendations
Ensure Project deliverables are maintained end to end accurately (project summary info, budget, status, resource demand & supply, major risk/issues/dependencies Red-Amber-Green (RAG) status) in Clarity PPM
Produce portfolio reporting on the program and workstream status as supporting materials for the regular Working group
Ensure Clarity and the project documentation are updated on a regular basis by team and project Manager, review content periodically and alert to data quality issues and drive to closure
Act as conduit amongst Squad Leads and Project Managers, Technology Finance and the Governance & Business Management teams on all aspects of Program governance and administration
Curate and ensure project documentation completeness and alignment to SDF, nWoW and Change Governance Policy.
Report and escalate key risks and issues to management as needed
Governance
Familiarise with key policies (on delegated authorities, Block Leave, SCM, ePro, PO, Travel, hiring etc.) and actively managing and review process to ensure policies are adhere to.
Ensure "housekeeping matters" are in order such as completion of mandatory team elearning, trainings, job objectives completed etc.
Embed the Group's values and code of conduct in the Team to ensure that adherence with the highest standards of ethics and compliance with relevant policies, processes, and regulations among employee's form part of the culture.
Communications
Articulate, design and publish newsletters of the sub domain achievements.
Build ppt from raw inputs from Delivery leads/PO and squad leads.
Support communications plans for project rollouts.

Skills and Experience
Exceptionally good in Finance and Accounting
Exceptionally good in usage of tools such as MS Suite of applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Sharepoint, Confluence, JIRA, ADO, Clarity (or equivalent BPM tool), vendor management tools, Procurement systems.
Good to have knowledge on scripting in MS Excel
Experience in Banking / Financial industry
