JOB SUMMARYOverview:

  • We are seeking a Senior Technology Lead in Digital Assets to oversee and drive the development of cutting-edge digital asset and tokenization solutions for security services clients. This role requires a broad understanding of the custody business, tokenization of funds traditional assets, digital asset products, and blockchain networks technology. The Senior Technology Lead will work closely with internal teams and external vendors, driving technology strategy, solution design, and implementation with a focus on regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the evaluation and ,selection and design of systems for of digital assets, blockchain based systems, and tokenization technologies, with a focus on building secure, scalable, and innovative solutions tailored to security services clients.
  • Blockchain Network Expertise: Assess and leverage different blockchain networks (public and ,private and public permissioned) based on business needs, regulatory requirements, and technical capabilities. Understand trade-offs between networks and select solutions that align with custody and asset tokenization requirements.
  • Product and Market Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of digital asset products, custody mechanisms, and the overall lifecycle of tokenized assets. Guide product strategy by anticipating industry shifts and technological advances.
  • Industry Insight and Strategy: Keep abreast of trends in digital assets, custody, tokenization, and blockchain networks; assess regulatory impacts in different regions and advise on compliant solution architectures.
  • Vendor Evaluation and Management: Identify and assess SaaS and technology vendors in the digital asset and blockchain space. Work with external partners to ensure successful integration, secure architectures, and alignment with business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, compliance, and technology teams to ensure that solutions meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
  • End-to-End Solution Delivery: Oversee the implementation of digital asset solutions, managing timelines, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
Strategy
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand deliverables and able to define project plans within schedule and budget
Business
  • Financial Domain Expertise: Apply knowledge of custody technology, security services, and financial business processes to the testing strategy, ensuring industry-specific requirements are met.
