Positive attitude, customer-oriented mindset
Role / Responsibilities
Handling
Domestic BPO
process
Listening to / taking customer calls or resolving issues via voice (and possibly chats)
Understanding customer queries & providing solutions
Maintaining good customer satisfaction & adhering to call quality / SOPs
Basic documentation / updating data related to customer issues
Following up, escalation as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
