Customer Service Advisor (USA Process) Salary: \xe2\x82\xb918,000 to \xe2\x82\xb922,000 + \xe2\x82\xb9200 to \xe2\x82\xb9900/day Incentives + Excellent Benefits + conveyance allowance Location: Sector 74, Mohali (Cab service for Kharar and Landran areas) Timings: 7 PM to 5AM (1:10 hr minutes break) The Client: Our client is a renowned international BPO, highly regarded for delivering top-tier service solutions to their valued clients. The Role: They are currently in search of graduate or experienced candidates with an excellent command of English to engage with US companies/citizens for their lead generation process. Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls to generate new leads.
  • Creating high-quality leads following SOPs.
  • Effectively using rebuttal techniques to handle customer inquiries.
  • Gaining a deep knowledge of product scripts and rebuttals for efficient lead generation.
Requirements
  • A bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Outstanding English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
