Key Responsibilities:Client Servicing & Policy Support
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to policy servicing, renewals, and claims.
Ensure prompt resolution of client issues and maintain a high standard of service delivery.
Build long-term relationships with clients by providing consistent and courteous communication.
Sales Support & Documentation
Assist the sales team by preparing documents for new policies, endorsements, and renewals.
Monitor and share updates regarding pending claims, documentation status, and underwriting needs.
Ensure all policy-related documents are correctly prepared and submitted within timelines.
Insurance Partner Communication
Coordinate with insurers for claim intimation, follow-ups, and approvals.
Address escalations and track pending issues for timely closure.
Manage TATs (Turnaround Times) by following up on documentation gaps or clarifications.
Claims Handling & Underwriting Assistance
Organize and maintain accurate records for all claims filed, including status tracking and approvals.
Assist in proposal form verification and follow-up for underwriting decisions.
Ensure all documentation is digitized and archived systematically.
Administrative & Operational Tasks
Maintain organized records of client files, renewals, and communication history.
Update and manage data on Excel sheets and internal CRM software.
Generate and compile MIS reports, policy logs, and monthly performance summaries.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
