Job Description

Assemble PV modules:

Use hand and power tools to assemble solar cells, glass, frames, and electrical components into finished solar panels.

Follow technical plans:

Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure products meet specifications.

Perform quality checks:

Inspect parts and completed products for defects and functionality throughout the assembly process.

Handle materials:

Manage components for the assembly line, including cutting, stripping, and crimping wires.

Maintain equipment:

Operate and perform routine maintenance on the tools and machinery used in the assembly process.

Ensure safety compliance:

Strictly follow all safety procedures and regulations, especially when working with electrical and mechanical equipment.

Troubleshoot issues:

Identify and report any discrepancies, malfunctions, or quality problems on the production line to a supervisor.
