This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who have strong communication skills and an interest in sales, marketing, and client outreach.The selected candidate will support the team in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and generating qualified leads using digital platforms.Key Responsibilitiesa). Lead Generation & Prospecting- Research and identify potential leads using online platforms and tools.- Generate leads through LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Discord, email, and other digital channels.- Build and maintain a structured database of prospects.- Qualify leads based on basic criteria before sharing with the sales team.b). Outreach & Communication- Initiate first-level communication with prospects via messages, emails, or social platforms.- Communicate clearly and professionally with potential clients.- Follow up with prospects and maintain proper records.- Assist in scheduling calls or meetings for senior business development members.c). Social Media & Online Research- Explore and engage with relevant communities on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Discord.- Identify decision-makers and business opportunities through online research.- Support basic brand outreach and awareness activities.d).
