Anti-Cybercrime Specialist
Monitor, detect, and investigate cybercrime incidents, including hacking attempts, data breaches, identity theft, malware infections, phishing, and other malicious activities.
Conduct thorough digital forensic investigations to identify the source, extent, and impact of cybercrimes, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to mitigate and remediate the incidents.
Develop and implement proactive measures to prevent cybercrimes, such as implementing advanced threat detection systems, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and security monitoring tools.
Stay up to date with emerging cyber threats, attack techniques, and industry trends to proactively identify and address potential vulnerabilities and risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and law enforcement agencies, to facilitate investigations, gather evidence, and support legal proceedings related to cybercrime incidents.
Provide cybersecurity awareness training and education to employees, promoting a culture of security and best practices in safeguarding information and preventing cybercrimes.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and incident response plans to ensure effective incident management and adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify weaknesses and recommend remedial actions.
Participate in cybersecurity incident response exercises and simulate scenarios to enhance preparedness and response capabilities.
