: Ansys Simulation (SOLIDWORKS & ANSYS)

Position:

Ansys Simulation (SOLIDWORKS & ANSYS)

Key Responsibilities:

System Design & Development:

Design sheet metal structures, including L-channel and C-channel frameworks. Perform

CFD Analysis

,

stress-strain analysis

, and other mechanical simulations. Develop detailed 3D models, layouts, and drawings using SOLIDWORKS, including

SHEET METAL

and

Weldment

modules. Perform Ansys Fluent Create and maintain

Bill of Materials (BoM)

and

Bill of Quantities (BoQ)

for designs.

Fabrication & Manufacturing:

Collaborate with fabrication teams for

sheet metal and structural fabrication

processes. Optimize designs for

tolerances

,

nesting

, and efficient manufacturing. Conduct market surveys to source materials and components aligned with project requirements.

Site Visits & Execution:

Travel to project sites within India and internationally for design implementation and execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design integration and on-ground problem-solving.

Key Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

1-5 years in mechanical design, with hands-on experience in Ansys Fluent, CFD Analysis.

Skills & Expertise:

Strong knowledge of

metal characteristics

,

structural fabrication

, and

tolerances

. Proficiency in

drafting

,

nesting

, and creating detailed technical documentation. Ability to perform

CFD and stress-strain analyses

in ANSYS Willingness to travel for site execution (Passport is mandatory).
