Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have o Hands on experience on creating ansible scripts(.yml) to automation Infrastructure tasks.
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure. Should collaborate with DevOps SME for creating Pseudocode on automation workflow and convert actual script based on pseudocode. Hands-on experience in installing Ansible tower. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design automation solutions that meet business requirements. Create High level and Low-level design of Automation platform Architecture using Ansible Tower Should be able to integrate Gitlab or other version control through Ansible Tower Experience in any ITSM products integration using REST API
Good-to-Have o Python scripting.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar. Proficiency in automation tools such as Terraform, Puppet, or Chef.




SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
1 Collaborate with the project manager and DevOps SME to understand the customer objective and our key deliverables along with the timeline.
2 Responsible to create Ansible automation scripts independently to automation infrastructure tasks.
3 Understand the requirement from DevOps SME and create Pseudocode of automation workflow and then create actual script based on pseudocode.
4 Define the scripting standard and best practices to the followed
5 Communicate appropriately to all the stakeholders including risks and mitigation plan
6 Meet the project deadlines as agreed with the project manager and DevOps SME
7 Create documentation on the developed scripts and conduct knowledge sharing session with the customer
