We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced Offline Marketing Manager to lead our growth marketing efforts across offline channels. You will play a key role in driving user acquisition, boosting customer retention, and building a strong brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of offline channels, with a proven track record of implementing multi-channel campaigns for measurable growth.Role:This involves strategizing and managing a team of Field Marketing Executives. This role involves shuttling between different locations, monitoring the performance of the executives, and ensuring that marketing activities are carried out effectively and efficiently to meet targets. - Budget & ROI Management: Manage the marketing budget with a focus on optimizing spend to ensure maximum ROI across all campaigns.- Offline & Regional Campaigns: Lead offline campaigns (outdoor, print, radio, community outreach), ensuring they are aligned with our overall brand message and focus on local market penetration.- Team Development & Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and growth. Work with product, tech and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.- Vendor & Partnership Management: Oversee relationships with external agencies, media partners, and influencers, ensuring successful execution of marketing plans.- Customer Insights & Market Research: Leverage market research and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine messaging to meet customer needs.Key Responsibilities:- Manage activities that involve increasing the brand awareness and trial of the app and convey the value proposition (through pamphlet distribution, strategic placement of standees and kiosks, marketing within apartment communities and at college events amongst others) - Supervise a team of Field Marketing Executives to ensure they are meeting their targets and performing their duties effectively. - Coach, set goals, monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and provide feedback. - Collect and analyse customer feedback from the field to improve marketing strategies. - Report daily and weekly progress to the management team.
