We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing 1 sales team. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for many potential clients, responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound cold calling and other prospecting activities. Responsibilities:- Outbound Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients within our target market (e.g., industry, company size).- Cold Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to introduce our cloud solutions and qualify prospects.- Lead Qualification: Effectively qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria, identifying their needs and pain points.- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives to further explore potential opportunities.- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).- Research and Preparation: Thoroughly research prospects and their companies before outreach to personalize communication.- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and other team members to ensure a smooth hand-off of qualified leads.- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and appointments.- Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technology trends and our product offerings.- Other duties as assigned.
