Miadiamante Food & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. has brand Independence Brewing Company across 2 cities- Mumbai and Pune.

Opening is in Mumbai, Pune & Nashik.

:-

Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop a content calendar aligned with campaign goals.

Ensure all recording & studio equipment is in good working order and keep track of new purchases and other expenses related to the equipment.

Research, plan, and create scripts for videos that support our client's interests and enhance their brand presence.

Coordinate video recording schedule and plan with staff, subject matter experts, and clients.

Record high-quality video content for various projects.

Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Handle live streaming for events.

Ensure efficient archiving, regular backups & secure storage of all digital assets.

To understand completely & conform to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.

To report for duty punctually wearing appropriate attire.

To maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

Follow clean-as-you-go policy and keep work area clean at all times.

To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with units, HOR and all other departments.

To provide courteous, professional, attentive, and efficient service at all times towards internal & external customers

Be willing and open to transfer across our formats as per work exigencies

Be open to cross functional training/movement at all times.

To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Manual dexterity, physical mobility, some physical strength, and stamina.

Ability to work under deadline pressure.

Ability to capture snippets of film and be able to edit it into a cohesive story.

Technical acumen to be able to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting, or other production equipment.

Must know computerized tape editing software & equipment.

Can work in a variety of digital venues with software to edit.

EXPERIENCE:

Degree or diploma in any subject.

A certificate course in videography or cinematography.

Familiarity with different digital cameras, laptop.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of different motion picture techniques.

Ability to work in team & excellent analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
