About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) or

Instructional Designer to design, structure, and create engaging educational content for

Python programming. You will collaborate with curriculum designers, video production

teams, and trainers to build industry-relevant, hands-on Python learning materials.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop curriculum, learning paths, and assessments for Python
programming courses.

Break down complex technical topics into beginner-friendly modules. Create hands-on coding exercises, projects, quizzes, and real-world case studies. Collaborate with video editors and animators to create instructional content. Stay updated with Python trends (e.g. FastAPI, data science, async programming) and
incorporate them into the curriculum.

Review and update existing content based on learner feedback and outcomes.
Requirements

Strong expertise in Python and core programming concepts. Hands-on experience in software development, scripting, or automation using Python. Previous experience in curriculum design, technical writing, or teaching/training. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with e-learning tools or LMS platforms is a plus.
Nice to Have

Animator - Video Production

Experience with Flask/Django, pandas, NumPy, or other relevant libraries. Knowledge of instructional design models like ADDIE or Bloom's Taxonomy. Exposure to learner-centered, project-based learning strategies. Experience creating content for online education platforms (e.g. Udemy, Coursera, or
internal LMS

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
