Role Overview

The 2D Animator will be responsible for

creating engaging animations and motion visuals

for digital campaigns, brand films, explainer videos, social media content, and ads. This role requires a strong sense of

timing, storytelling, design, and motion

, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnimation & Motion Design

Create

2D animations

for social media videos, ads, explainers, reels, and brand films Develop motion graphics for

logos, text, icons, characters, and UI elements

Animate storyboards, scripts, and static designs into dynamic visuals Ensure smooth motion, proper timing, and visual consistency
Creative Collaboration

Work closely with

Creative Directors, Designers, Content Writers, and Video Teams

Interpret creative briefs and translate them into animation concepts Contribute ideas to improve storytelling, transitions, and visual flow
Brand & Quality Control

Maintain brand consistency across all animations Ensure output meets quality standards, timelines, and platform specifications Adapt animations for different formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Ads)
Project & Workflow Management

Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently Organize animation files and follow internal workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong foundation in

2D animation principles

(timing, easing, spacing, squash & stretch) Proficiency in

Adobe After Effects

Good working knowledge of

Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

Experience with

character animation

is a plus Understanding of storytelling, composition, and typography Ability to work independently and in a team
Tools & Software

Adobe After Effects Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Premiere Pro (basic knowledge preferred)
