Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate

2D Animation Faculty

member to join our animation department in Dadar, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of both traditional and digital 2D animation techniques and a strong desire to mentor aspiring animators. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, guiding student projects, and keeping curriculum aligned with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach core principles of 2D animation, both traditional and digital Instruct students using tools such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, TVPaint, etc. Provide hands-on guidance in all stages of animation production Review and critique student work to encourage growth and creativity Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards Stay updated on current industry practices and animation trends Organize student workshops, animation screenings, and guest lectures Maintain academic records and ensure student performance tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Animation or a related field 2-3 years of relevant teaching or industry experience Strong foundation in classical animation principles (timing, spacing, squash & stretch, etc.) Proficiency in leading 2D animation software tools Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills Passion for teaching and mentoring students Portfolio or demo reel showcasing 2D animation work is mandatory
