Job Description

1. Course Delivery

Conduct classroom and/or online sessions in 2D and/or 3D animation. Teach fundamental animation principles including timing, squash & stretch, posing, and movement. Demonstrate the use of industry-standard software such as Adobe Animate, Maya, Blender, Toon Boom, etc.

2. Curriculum & Content Development

Create and update training modules, lesson plans, and project assignments. Design real-world animation exercises and projects aligned with industry expectations. Ensure curriculum remains current with evolving tools and industry techniques.

3. Student Engagement & Mentorship

Guide students through technical and creative challenges. Engage students in live shoots indoor and outdoor Provide feedback on assignments, projects, and portfolios. Support students in developing demo reels and preparing for job placements.

4. Performance Monitoring & Assessment

Track and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and project reviews. Provide detailed feedback and identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and results.

5. Collaboration & Continuous Learning

Coordinate with other faculty and departments to ensure consistent academic delivery. Stay updated on trends in animation, gaming, VFX, and related fields. Participate in internal training sessions and industry workshops.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Prefer Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field. 1+ years of experience in animation production or training. Strong knowledge of animation principles and production workflows. Proficiency in software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, etc. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
