Job Description

We are seeking a talented, proactive Animation Artist with strong skills in 3D animation and video editing to help bring our creative concepts to life. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, able to work quickly, and comfortable producing dynamic, polished animations similar in style to the reference video provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high quality

3D animations

, from modeling (or using existing models) to rigging, animating, lighting, texturing, and rendering as needed. Develop short, engaging animated content (loops, shorts, motion graphics) for digital platforms (social media, website, presentations). Edit video content: cutting, effects, transitions, audio sync, color correction/grading. Collaborate with creative team (art directors, graphic designers, scriptwriters) to understand briefs and deliver visual storytelling that matches the desired tone, pace, and style. Maintain consistency in style, character design, timing, and motion across projects. Manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and produce deliverables on time. Iteratively refine animations based on feedback.
Required Skills & Experience:

Experience:

Minimum of

1 years

in 3D animation and motion graphics. Proficiency in 3D tools such as

Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D

or similar. Strong skills in video editing software such as

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve

, etc. Understanding of post-production techniques: compositing (After Effects or similar), color grading, adding effects. Good eye for timing, pacing, visual composition, and storytelling. Ability to work with different styles - stylized, clean motion, energetic animation. Basic understanding of sound design and integrating audio in animations. Strong communication skills and ability to understand & implement feedback.
