About the Role:

We are on the hunt for a passionate

Animation Artist

to join our creative team at MotionGility. In this role, you'll bring ideas to life through stunning 2D animations and help us deliver world-class explainer videos. You'll work closely with illustrators, scriptwriters, and creative directors to create animations that are not only visually appealing but also tell compelling stories.

Responsibilities:

Animate vector illustrations and assets in After Effects Create smooth transitions and engaging motion sequences Collaborate with designers and creative leads to understand project briefs Contribute creative ideas to enhance video flow and storytelling Maintain brand consistency across all animations Meet project deadlines while ensuring high-quality output Stay up-to-date with animation trends and tools

Requirements:

At least 1 year of professional experience in animation Strong portfolio showcasing animated videos Expertise in Adobe After Effects and Illustrator Creative mindset with attention to detail Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and composition Ability to take feedback and adapt quickly

Preferred Qualities:

Team player with a solution-oriented mindset Passion for storytelling through visuals A strong desire to grow and learn new techniques Adaptability to different animation styles Effective communication skills
