Job Overview:

Utkarsh Global Foundation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Animal Handler

to assist veterinary doctors in handling dogs during operations, treatments, and medical procedures. This is a hands-on role that requires patience, strength, and a genuine love for animals.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and calmly restrain dogs before, during, and after surgical or medical procedures Support veterinary staff in preparing animals for operations Ensure the comfort and safety of the animals at all times Help in moving and positioning animals as needed Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the clinic or operation area Monitor animal behavior and report any signs of distress or discomfort to the vet Assist in post-operative care as instructed by the veterinary team

Requirements:

Passion for animal welfare and comfort working with dogs Physically fit and able to handle animals of various sizes and temperaments Ability to remain calm in stressful situations Willingness to follow instructions and work closely with veterinary professionals Punctual, responsible, and a team player
Note: Formal education is not required, but experience with animals is a plus.
