Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver training modules on

Angular

and

Java Full Stack Development

with focus on: Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA Frontend: Angular (v14+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL Version Control: Git / GitHub Guide interns in

end-to-end project development

using Agile methodologies. Conduct

hands-on coding sessions, workshops, and code reviews

to reinforce learning. Integrate

real-time project tasks

aligned with organizational objectives. Create and maintain

training materials, assignments, and evaluation rubrics

. Mentor interns on

best practices in software engineering

, problem-solving, and teamwork. Coordinate with internal project leads to align training goals with ongoing product development. Track intern progress and submit periodic performance feedback reports.

Required Technical Competencies

Proficient in

Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST API development

. Strong expertise in

Angular (latest version)

and modern UI frameworks. Hands-on experience in

database design and integration

(MySQL/PostgreSQL). Knowledge of

build and deployment tools

(Maven/Gradle, Docker - preferred). Familiarity with

Agile/Scrum project environments

and issue tracking tools like Jira or ClickUp. Excellent understanding of

Git-based version control workflows

Effective communication and presentation skills. Ability to mentor, motivate, and engage trainees with varying skill levels. Strong analytical and debugging skills. Collaborative mindset with a focus on practical, outcome-based learning.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Industry certifications in Java / Full Stack / Angular (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ?200.00 - ?700.00 per hour
