Role description

Senior Angular Developer -

###

Development & Implementation

Design, develop, and maintain

high?performance, scalable, and reusable Angular applications

. Write

clean, well?structured, well?documented, and testable code

following industry best practices. Implement complex

UI/UX designs

and ensure seamless integration with backend services. Optimize applications for

speed, scalability, and overall performance

. Participate in

code reviews

and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards. Troubleshoot and resolve

complex technical issues

across the frontend stack.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

Provide

technical guidance, mentoring, and support

to junior developers. Lead architectural discussions and contribute to establishing

best practices and development standards

. Evaluate and recommend

new tools, frameworks, and technologies

to improve team productivity. Conduct

knowledge?sharing sessions

and contribute to team capability development.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with

product managers, designers, and backend engineers

to deliver high?quality, end-to-end solutions. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both

technical and non?technical stakeholders

. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies--

sprint planning, stand-ups, refinement sessions, and retrospectives

. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure

high?quality deliverables

and smooth releases.

Performance & Optimization

Conduct

performance testing, profiling, and analysis

to identify bottlenecks. Implement strategies to enhance application

performance, responsiveness, and user experience

. Stay current with the latest

Angular trends, libraries, tools, and best practices
