Job Description

Prepare, test, and maintain anesthesia delivery systems, monitors, and other related equipment to ensure they are functional and ready for use. Perform routine cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance of all anesthesia equipment according to hospital protocols and manufacturer guidelines. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs or escalate issues to the biomedical engineering department as needed. Ensure all equipment, such as laryngoscopes, intubation tubes, and breathing circuits, are in perfect working order. Assist the Anesthesiologist with patient preparation, including positioning, monitoring, and intravenous (IV) line setup. Anticipate the Anesthesiologist's needs during procedures and promptly provide required instruments, supplies, and medications. Assist with the insertion of invasive monitoring lines. Operate specialized equipment such as blood gas analyzers and cell savers as directed. Maintain adequate stock levels of all anesthesia supplies, medications, and disposable items in operating rooms, carts, and storage areas. Sterilization and Cleanliness Ensure all anesthesia equipment and tools are properly sterilized and maintained according to hospital protocols and standards.
Qualification: Diploma in Anesthesia Technology or Operation Theatre Technology from a recognized institution is required.

Experience:

A minimum of

1 - 6+ years

of experience working as an Anesthesia Technician in a hospital or surgical setting is highly preferred.

Timings: Willing to do rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
