We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated Andrology Student trainee to join our dynamic team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in
semen analysis
as per WHO guidelines
Support sperm processing techniques (wash, swim-up, density gradient)
Assist in
sample collection, labeling, and documentation
Maintain
andrology lab cleanliness and sterility
Follow SOPs, NABH/quality protocols, and infection control measures
Handle and maintain lab equipment under supervision
Record test results accurately in registers/HIS
Support cryopreservation procedures (exposure & assistance only)
Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical standards
Assist senior embryologists/ andrologists during procedures
Attend training sessions, demonstrations, and assessments
Follow hospital rules, discipline, and duty timings
Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of Andrology / Reproductive Biology
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good lab discipline and hygiene practices
Astrologist Course - 3months/6months
Qualification: Life science
Experience: Fresher - Who are interested in andrology - field
This is a Paid Course
Salary:
Stipend 2k For 3 Month | 5k for 6 months
Timing:
9am to 7pm
After completion of intern duration - Full time job conversion with attractive salary
