Post-Android Software Engineer

Location- Mulund

Education-Experience with renewable energy, IoT, automotive, or smart home

applications

? Knowledge of UK energy market, tariff structures, and DNO regulations

? Experience with Wear OS or other Android ecosystem platforms

? Active contributions to Android open-source community

? Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, etc.)

? Understanding of electrical engineering, power systems, or energy

management

? Familiarity with Android NDK for performance-critical components

Experience & Skills

? Minimum 6 years of professional Android development experience

? Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin and modern Android development practices

? Proven track record of publishing complex applications on Google Play Store

? Strong understanding of Android architecture components (MVVM, MVI,

Clean Architecture)

? Extensive experience with real-time data handling, coroutines, and Flow

? Experience with IoT device integration, Bluetooth Low Energy, and network

protocols

? Proficiency in Jetpack Compose and Material Design 3

? Strong background in building custom views and data visualization

components

? Experience with Room, Data Store, or other local data persistence solutions

? Deep understanding of Android networking, Retrofit, and API integration

An Android Software Engineer designs, develops, tests, and maintains mobile apps using Kotlin/Java, collaborating with teams (UI/UX, backend) to build features, fix bugs, optimize performance, and ensure app quality, security, and scalability for the Android ecosystem, working within Agile environments. Core duties include writing clean code, translating designs to features, integrating APIs, testing thoroughly, and staying updated on Android trends
