Your role :
We, at Khatabook, are looking for an Android Developer to help streamline the development and maintenance of our Android applications as part of the engineering team.
What would you do at Khatabook?
Take ownership of all stages of development, from design and planning to implementation and deployment.
Conduct code reviews and actively participate in architectural planning and refactoring to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
Work on bug fixes and improving application performance.
Coordinate with all lines of business to ensure the successful delivery of the application
What are we looking for?
5 years building scalable Android apps with real user impact
Strong Kotlin/Java skills with deep Android SDK knowledge, including experience with frameworks such as Dagger 2, Retrofit, WorkManager, and Room.
Experience working with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow.
Solid understanding of app architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
Experience with shared libraries, modularisation, and build optimisations
Product mindset -- focused on user experience and business outcomes
Bonus: Led small team and scaled apps.
