Senior Mobile Developer (Android & React Native)

We are seeking a

Senior Mobile Developer

with strong expertise in

Android (Kotlin/Java)

and

React Native

to lead mobile application development across multiple projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, and capable of mentoring junior developers while delivering scalable, high-quality mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, maintain, and optimize

Android and React Native

applications. Lead mobile development initiatives across multiple projects. Integrate

REST/SOAP APIs

,

Firebase services

, and third-party libraries. Improve application performance, scalability, and code quality. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend teams. Participate in code reviews and enforce development best practices. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Mentor junior developers and support team growth. Handle small team leadership or module ownership when required.

Required Experience

4-7 years

of professional mobile application development experience.
Technical Skills

Android Development

Kotlin, Java Android Studio, Android SDK Jetpack components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room) Material Design Push notifications (FCM) JSON/XML parsing MVC / MVP / MVVM architecture patterns

React Native

JavaScript / TypeScript React Hooks and component-based architecture State management (Redux / MobX) Firebase integration API integration and mobile performance optimization

General

Git version control Agile/Scrum methodologies Debugging and performance profiling Strong understanding of the

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Good to Have:

Experience with

Jetpack Compose

Exposure to

ARCore

or

Machine Learning (ML Kit)

Knowledge of mobile app security best practices Experience optimizing apps for performance and scalability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?900,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
