The Role


We’re looking for an Android Engineer to contribute to our life-changing financial services app. In this role, you’ll join the elite team of Android engineers developing features for our large global userbase, now including India. Enthusiasm and drive for crafting a great user experience is a must.

What you'll do?

  • Deliver customer focused features that prioritize polish, stability, and security.
  • Develop/improve features for current and future supported countries.
  • Provide input to facilitate successful integration with external partners (tracking, payment/KYC, support, etc.)Contribute to design documents and perform code reviews.
  • Identify and improve code to follow best practices.
  • Add, maintain, and extend automation tests to comply with code coverage targets

What you'll need?

  • 3-5 years of software engineering experience in native Android development
  • At least a year coding in the following languages: Java, Kotlin
  • Developed and launched consumer mobile applications
  • Comfortable working with dependency injection, like Dagger 2
  • Understands concept of reactive development and frameworks like RxJava
  • Familiar with fundamentals of REST API development
  • Understands software architecture concepts like MVP, MVVM, and Clean Architecture
  • Experience with Agile development processes like Scrum
  • Comfortable with prioritization and communication in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related fields
