Job Title: Android Developer (Experienced)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer who can design, develop, and maintain high-performance Android applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Android development, be comfortable working independently, and contribute to architecture, performance, and scalability of applications.

Key Responsibilities :-

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Android applications Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Kotlin/Java code Implement modern Android architecture patterns (MVVM / Clean Architecture) Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs Handle app performance optimization, memory management, and ANR/crash fixes Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers Manage app releases and updates on Google Play Store Debug production issues and provide long-term solutions Stay updated with latest Android trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

3+ years of professional experience in Android application development Strong expertise in Kotlin (preferred) / Java Deep understanding of Android SDK, Activity/Fragment lifecycle Experience with Jetpack components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, Navigation) Solid knowledge of MVVM architecture Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, Retrofit/OkHttp Experience with Git, code versioning, and CI/CD basics Knowledge of background tasks, services, notifications, and data storage Experience handling Play Store publishing & updates Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, FCM, Crashlytics) Knowledge of Coroutines / Flow / RxJava Experience with dependency injection (Hilt / Dagger) Unit testing & UI testing exposure Experience working on large-scale or high-traffic applications Understanding of security best practices in mobile apps Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication and teamwork skills Ownership mindset and attention to detail
