Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Native Android Developer

to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building Android applications using

Java and/or Kotlin

, a deep understanding of Android SDK, and experience in integrating backend APIs, UI/UX implementation, and performance optimization.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop advanced Android applications using

Java/Kotlin

. Work with the product and design team to translate requirements into high-performing mobile apps. Integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs. Ensure applications are optimized for performance, usability, and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. Implement security, offline caching, and data storage strategies. Debug and fix issues, perform unit testing, and contribute to CI/CD processes. Stay updated with the latest Android trends, libraries, and frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an

Agile environment

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in

native Android app development

(minimum

2 years

). Strong knowledge of

Java, Kotlin, and Android SDK

. Experience with Android Studio, Gradle, and Jetpack components. Familiarity with

MVVM/MVP/MVC architecture patterns

. Experience integrating APIs (REST/GraphQL), Firebase, and push notifications. Strong understanding of

UI/UX principles

and Material Design. Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of performance tuning, memory management, and debugging tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
