Your role :
We, at Khatabook,are looking for an
Android Developer
to help streamline the development and maintenance of our Android applications as part of the engineering team.
What would you do at Khatabook?
Build high-quality Android features with clean, scalable code.
Architect and maintain robust, modular codebases using modern Android tools.
Mentor engineers and collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams.
Lead performance improvements and drive platform-wide optimisations.
What are we looking for?
Minimum 5 years of experience building scalable Android applications with real user impact.
Understanding of advanced Kotlin language features, coroutines, and the Android SDK.
Hands-on experience with Retrofit, Room, WorkManager, and Dagger.
Solid understanding of application architecture patterns, including MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture.
Good understanding of mobile performance optimisation techniques.
Experience working with shared libraries and modularised codebases.
Strong learning ability, self-driven.
