About Save Eat Foods Private Limited

SaveEat is an app-based platform, India's first food-saving app that enables eateries to promote their food items to a larger wallet-conscious customer segment to mitigate the increasing concern of food surplus in India. While there are many ways to help tackle the issue, SaveEat is India's 1st surplus food management ecosystem that provides an end-to-end solution to market your food items and assures a tummy for each item listed on SaveEat as surplus.

We currently have some restaurants that have already signed up to our ecosystem to kick start the Beta phase and we are also endorsed by mentors & advisors from across the world that include VCs, ex-United Nations & Food & Agriculture Organizations, celebrity chefs, and many more renowned personalities to add value to SaveEat.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications
2. Build reusable code and libraries for future use
3. Translate user and business needs into functional frontend code
4. Design, develop, test and debug responsive web and mobile applications for the company

Requirement:

1. Proficient use of MVVM, Kotlin, Java and Swift allowing this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design
2. Experience in publishing an application on the Google Play store
3. Proven work experience in design patterns mobile architecture using frameworks such as MVVM/MVC/MVP
4. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to effectively integrate Android applications
5. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
