Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident
Anchor/Presenter
who can fluently speak
Telugu and English
to create engaging
reels and video content
for our real estate projects in Hyderabad. You will be the on-screen face of our projects, showcasing properties, highlighting locations, and delivering marketing content that drives leads and brand trust.
Key Responsibilities:
Host and present
real estate project videos, walkthroughs, site visits, and local area tours
.
Deliver crisp and engaging scripts in
Telugu and English
for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook).
Coordinate with the video team and content writers to plan shoots, scripts, and locations.
Present property features, amenities, investment benefits, and USPs clearly and attractively.
Engage the audience with a confident, trustworthy, and natural on-screen presence.
Travel to project locations in and around Hyderabad for regular video shoots.
Requirements:
Fluency in
Telugu and English
(both speaking and understanding).
Strong
anchoring and public speaking
skills with clear pronunciation and screen presence.
Prior experience in real estate, journalism, hosting, or content creation is preferred.
Ability to grasp and explain real estate terminology and project details convincingly.
Passionate about Hyderabad's real estate, lifestyle, and local culture.
Comfortable facing the camera and interacting with clients, sales teams, and on-site staff.
Nice to Have:
Experience creating content for
Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or Facebook
.
Understanding of current
social media trends
and storytelling styles.
Ability to shoot quick behind-the-scenes content and interviews on-site when required.
