You must have an excellent background in Salesforce programming and application design, and an excellent understanding of Apex, Java, Javascript, CSS, XML, and HTML. You will be responsible for developing and architecting through all phases of the front-end to the back-end development lifecycle. You will use your experience to work with team members to develop new features, as well as enhance existing infrastructure and frameworks. You should have a history of building successful Web-based solutions using Web Services and the ability to grasp a variety of unfamiliar technology and integrate them quickly.
Responsibilities:
Be involved in full stack development and implement end-to-end components of proprietary software products
Innovate and operate with an iterative, agile and user-centric perspective.
Clearly communicate technology strategy and vision to team members and internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure engineering excellence (e.g. best practices and quality) is achieved within product line.
Implement robust CI/ CD processes and development methodologies in Software Engineering within the Product Line.
Collaborate with other Product Line Anchors to reduce complexity across the portfolio, enhance interoperability between services, and make key design decisions
Provide thought leadership for the development, structure, technology, and tools used within Sales IT
Ability to write code that others can understand, support, maintain and expand, and provide other team members with direction on development projects.
Aware of trends and technical developments in the industry, and how those can be applied in your work; and have a point of view on the delivery approach for very complex or foundational features.
Have Demonstrated ability to anticipate technology lifecycle issues, work with projects involving multiple systems, and influence the team to deliver durable, extensible solutions.

As Salesforce Senior Developer, you would be part of the Product Development team, working closely with other technical staff members, business systems analyst and product owner who are responsible for adding new features or improving the current applications.
Quick learner, self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fun, creative and fast paced environment.
Responsible to adapt quickly, motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results.
Possess good oral and written communication/documentation skills and be able to interact with other team members to deliver fast and reliable code.
Be able to contribute ideas and provide feedback on many projects within the team's portfolio.
Qualifications:
Batchelor's Degree with preference to Master's degree - ideally in Computer Science, Engineering or MIS * Minimum Salesforce certified:

• Salesforce Administrator (Mandatory)
• Salesforce Platform App Builder (Optional)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (Mandatory)
• Salesforce Application Architect (Optional)

7-10+ years of Experience developing with Force.com ( Visualforce & Apex Code) and Java
Experience developing on the Salesforce.com platform & API's
Enterprise system integration background w/ Web Services
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology
Experience with Selenium automation is preferable
Understanding of various user-based security models
Excellent cross-group communication and problem-solving skills
Additional Certification like Salesforce Application architects are desired
Familiarity with Mulesoft, Tableau, Jitterbit, AWS, and Splunk is a plus
Experience 10+ years with progressive responsibilities in Software Engineering, Architecture and Agile Framework.
Must be able to operationalize and assist teams with abstract technology concepts.
Strong demonstrated competencies on cloud and digital platforms.
Strong communication, collaborative, and influencing skills.
Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership.
Strong personal presence and capabilities to resolve technical concerns.
Experience with cloud services and platform knowledge.

Demonstrated understanding and ability to drive API economy and solutions
Demonstrated understanding and ability to drive highly available consumer ready Internet properties and technical platforms.
Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and product owners.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style to the audience
Ability to work collaboratively and navigate complex decision making in a rapidly changing environment
Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach others.
