Key Responsibilities
Anchor live and recorded shows, news bulletins, panel discussions, and interviews
Present content clearly, confidently, and engagingly on camera or stage
Research scripts and coordinate with the editorial/production team
Conduct interviews with guests, experts, and panelists
Read from teleprompters or present scripted and unscripted content smoothly
Maintain professionalism during live broadcasts or events
Adapt tone and delivery based on audience and program format
Assist in content planning and show flow when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Journalism, Mass Communication, Media, or related fields
(preferred)
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Fluency in
English
(Kannada/Hindi/other regional languages is a plus)
Strong on-camera presence and voice modulation
Ability to handle live shows and manage unexpected situations calmly
Basic knowledge of current affairs (education/news/entertainment as applicable)
Preferred Skills
Experience in anchoring TV shows, digital media content, or live events
Familiarity with teleprompters and studio setups
Social media presence or digital hosting experience
Basic scripting or content research skills
