We're looking for a

female Anchor & Creative Journalist

who is energetic, bilingual (Odia & English), and passionate about

journalism with a creative edge

.

What You'll Do

Anchor live shows, interviews, podcasts, and news explainers

in both Odia & English. Create

trending short-form content

(reels, shorts, byte-sized journalism) with a creative storytelling approach. Conduct

in-depth research

on political, social, cultural, and business topics. Write

scripts, copies, and storyboards

with a mix of journalistic credibility and youth appeal. Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, and reporters to

bring stories to life

. Represent

Heronex / Straight X

as a

public face & voice

across events, debates, and special shows.

What We're Looking For

Female candidate with

fluent Odia & English communication skills

. Strong

anchoring & presentation

skills (confident on-camera personality). Passion for

creative journalism

(storytelling beyond headlines). Ability to

research & analyze

complex issues and present them in a simple, engaging way. Background in

mass communication/journalism

preferred (freshers with talent also welcome). Bonus: Interest in

digital media trends, podcasts, or influencer-style content

.
