TekLink International, Inc. has been assisting global customers since 2003 bringing data to life as their Trusted Analytics and Planning partner. At TekLink, we have over 19 years of experience implementing analytics and planning solutions.

Our planning team are experts on Anaplan assisting customers across multiple industries to design, implement and optimize planning solutions in finance, supply chain, marketing, and other use cases.

These industries include, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Manufacturing, Technology, Higher Education and Public institutions, majority being renowned fortune 500 organizations.

What you will do at TekLink

To further strengthen our planning practice, we are looking to hire and train consultants who are knowledgeable in any of the functions such as financial consolidation/ Budgeting/ P&L and BS preparation/ business planning/ demand planning or supply chain planning to be Anaplan Modelers.

On joining you will be provided extensive training on the planning tool. Post training, you will be required to work as techno-functional consultants and help build more robust planning and budgeting capabilities for customers. You may also be part of our team that develops FP&A offerings.

What we are looking for:

• MBA (Finance/ Supply chain) from an institute of repute, preferably with BE/BTech in Computer Science engineering with 1-4 yrs experience.
• MBA candidates with any other Under Grad subject can be considered if they have Hands-on work experience in IT for at least 1-4 years of post-qualification experience.
• SAP FICO Consultant with 1-3 yrs experience are also welcome.
• Good knowledge of accounting and finance and/or supply chain planning.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to present information clearly and in a compelling manner to senior leadership.
• Good Knowledge of Excel with Advanced formulae is Mandatory
• Programming background in any language (c++, SQL, JAVA etc) will be a plus.
• Excellent Analytical abilities and logical reasoning.
• Willingness to learn new Software tools.
• Joining within 2 weeks of offer.

• Prescheduled Online Written Test covering Finance Concepts, Aptitude and reasoning, coding knowledge and language skills.
• Technical evaluation (multiple rounds)
