Ananya Finance for Inclusive Growth Pvt. Ltd. (www.ananyafinance.com) is a fast-growing NBFC in the impact finance space. The NBFC is looking to appoint its VP & Head-Accounts & Finance who will be part of the Senior Management. The position is based in Ahmedabad.

1. JOB TITLE : Vice President - Accounts & Finance

2. REPORTS DIRECTLY TO - Group CFO

4. DIRECT REPORTS - Team Members - Accounts

5. JOB PURPOSE - Head Accounts is responsible for all financial, Accounts Taxation, Regulatory Compliance, Audit and budgetary aspects of the company.

6. KEY ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage Accounts, Taxation and regulatory Compliance:

- Create and establish financial objectives that align with the company\'s plan for growth and expansion.

- Ensuring accurate day to day accounting with proper control and making changes that best suits the company in a changing business environment

- Ensuring review and timely closure of financial for the period (Monthly, Quarterly and yearly) which complies with INDAS and other regulatory requirements. Knowledge of INDAS will be added advantage.

- Ensuring Limited review, Statutory, Internal and Management audits are completed smoothly on time.

- Ensuring regular data is provided to Holding company for Consolidation of Financials and other matters and to other stakeholder.

- Ensuring compliance\'s with taxation Laws (Direct and indirect). This includes filing returns, payments, replying to notices and filling submission/appeals wherever required. This also involves audits (Tax Audit and GST Audit). Keeping eye on changes in regulation and bring in tax efficiency

- Ensuring regulatory Compliance under various statue like SEBI, RBI, Companies Act etc on time

- Supervise the creation of reports, software implementation, and tools for budgeting and forecasting.

- Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget.

- Manage cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability.

- Oversee cash, investments and asset management.

Qualification & EXPERIENCE

- Chartered Accountant with at least 10 years of relevant experience as head of Finance & Accounts, preferably with a NBFC / Microfinance Institution.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Acute attention to detail

- Flexibility and ability to cope with stressful situations

- Creativity and ability to work with limited resources

- Ability to relate to and motivate staff effectively

- Experience with Microsoft suite and other accounting software packages
