As a Analytics Solutions Associate at JP Morgan Chase within the Chase UK team, you will play a pivotal role in our finance data transformation project. You will collaborate with finance stakeholders to develop a finance data platform that supports business-critical control responsibilities and decision-making. Your work will involve using modern data tools to deliver strategic solutions and insights, contributing to our global impact.
Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements and BI solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Google Looker and LookML.
• Utilize SQL to query and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Work with data engineers and modelers to develop required data models.
• Present complex data in visually appealing ways to aid communication.
• Collaborate with product managers and end users to ideate and iterate solutions.
• Ensure adherence to BI solutions governance processes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Minimum 3 years' experience using business intelligence platforms.
• Experience in Looker and LookML.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in data analytics, computer science, accounting, or finance.
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects, ideally in Finance/FinTech.
• Good knowledge of SQL and data modelling.
• Expertise in data analytics and visualization, with a strong understanding of UX/UI design.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong self-starter and highly self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Commercial acumen in retail banking products such as current accounts, credit cards, insurance, and mortgages.
• Passionate about innovation and problem-solving with a focus on user-centric design.
• Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional agile teams.
