Summary: As an Analytics Practitioner, you will engage in the development of business insights through predictive statistical modeling activities. Your typical day will involve utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to enhance decision-making processes by modeling client, market, and key performance data. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that insights are actionable and aligned with business objectives, ultimately driving strategic initiatives and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform strategic decisions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. - Experience in developing predictive models and statistical analysis. - Proficiency in data visualization tools to present insights effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
