Design and execute CRM journeys and one-time campaigns across channels - SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and RCS.
Translate business briefs into targeted customer communications using segmentation and audience logic.
Coordinate with brands, analytics, and external partners for campaign setup, approvals, and deployment.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of campaign execution through rigorous QA checks.
2. Data & Insights
Work with analytics teams to identify target segments, measure campaign performance, and track incremental impact.
Create post-campaign analysis reports with insights on sales uplift, buyer conversion, and ROI.
Use dashboards (Power BI / Salesforce / internal tools) to monitor channel performance and optimize campaign strategies.
3. Channel Management & Optimization
Manage end-to-end CRM channel performance - SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and RCS - focusing on engagement, deliverability, and conversions.
Test and improve creative formats, subject lines, and audience strategies to enhance CTR and CVR.
Maintain hygiene of CRM data and ensure compliance with privacy and opt-out regulations.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
Partner with Brand Marketing, Digital, Analytics, and IT teams to drive cross-functional alignment.
Liaise with external vendors / agencies (e.g., Gupshup, Karix, Salesforce partners) for campaign deployment.
Support category and regional teams in executing special festive, retail, and tactical campaigns.
Work Experience
3-6 years of experience in CRM marketing or campaign management.
Hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, Clevertap, or similar).
Strong analytical ability and comfort with Excel / Power BI / SQL for data interpretation.
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer marketing preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
