Titan, a leading company in the digital industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analytics Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As the Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Analytics & Insights department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement analytics strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
Lead and manage a team of analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
Utilize various analytics tools and techniques to analyze and interpret large datasets.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
Identify trends and patterns in data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in analytics and data management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Additional Parameters:
Experience in the digital industry is preferred.
Knowledge of SQL and programming languages such as R or Python is a plus.
Experience with A/B testing and data modeling is a plus.
