Job Summary:
As an Analytics and Reporting Project Manager within our team, you will lead the development and implementation of data-driven reporting solutions. You will manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality insights to support strategic decision-making. Your role is crucial in enhancing our processes, driving efficiency, and fostering innovation within the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand team culture and contribute to meaningful projects.
Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive management information systems.
• Generate regular reports to track key performance indicators and business metrics.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic planning.
• Enhance existing processes and implement best practices.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Focus on client and relationship management.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Expertise in analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency in project and process management.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Detail-oriented with disciplined adherence to process and quality controls.
• Consistently produces high-standard outputs with minimal oversight.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Experience with EMEA Government Bonds at a large bank.
• Proven experience interacting with major institutional Emerging investors.
• Experience with government bond obligations in the region.
• Exceptional teamwork skills, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Strong partnership and communication skills.
