Master's degree (M.Sc.) in a relevant scientific field such as Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in analytical, regulatory, and application technology functions, preferably within the fragrance, personal care, or cosmetic industry.
Strong expertise in global regulatory frameworks, including IFRA, REACH, FEMA, GHS, Halal, and Kosher, with the ability to track and implement country-wise regulatory updates.
Thorough knowledge of EU cosmetic compliance regulations, including preparation, review, and management of CPSR and related regulatory documentation.
Proven experience in fragrance evaluation and application support, particularly for rinse-off product categories.
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Experience in conducting internal audits, risk assessments, and investigations, identifying compliance gaps, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with R&D, quality, sales, and external partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex regulatory and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to streamline regulatory processes and improve operational efficiency.
Industry exposure or collaboration with leading organizations such as IFF, Givaudan, Symrise, Unilever, MANE, Takasago, S.H. Kelkar, Aarav, Intertek, or similar multinational companies is highly preferred.
