Job Description

Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.

o
Develop reports on manufacturing performance, including efficiency, yield, rejection rates, and downtime analysis.

o
Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing productivity, cost savings, and operational efficiency.

o

Track quality control metrics and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and industry regulations.

o

Investigate process deviations, identify root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

o

Assist in the review and improvement of SOPs, policies, and regulatory documentation.

o

Monitor production workflows, ensuring alignment with efficiency and quality targets.

o

Work with the engineering and maintenance teams to track machine performance, calibration, and validation.

o

Develop dashboards and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of manufacturing processes.

o

Analyze material flow and usage data to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.

o

Assist in ensuring the availability of raw materials and semi-finished goods for production continuity.

o
Work closely with Production, QA, QC, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to align strategies and improve overall plant efficiency.

o

Support production planning efforts by providing data-driven insights on capacity, demand forecasting, and resource allocation.

o

Monitor safety data and analyze trends in workplace incidents to support safety improvement initiatives.

o
Support compliance with cleanroom protocols, environmental standards, and microbial control measures.

o

Assist in training staff on data interpretation, process monitoring, and performance optimization strategies.

o

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen projects.

o

Analyze customer complaints and market feedback, working with the quality team to identify patterns and suggest improvements.

o

Prepare reports and presentations on manufacturing performance, deviations, and efficiency improvements.

o

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with industry standards.

o
Support any additional tasks assigned by the Sr. Manager - Production and Technical or senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
