Credit Analyst / Senior Credit Analyst - Structured Finance - 1+ Years - Pune
Location - Pune, India
Summary-
An excellent opportunity for finance professionals with strong analytical, credit, and legal document review skills to work on global structured finance and public finance transactions. This role offers exposure to credit analysis, financial modeling, market tracking, and client engagement with international stakeholders across US and EMEA regions.

Responsibilities-

• Support global Credit Analysts in analyzing structured finance and public finance portfolios, preparing internal and external credit research reports.
• Review transaction and legal documents (Offering Circulars, Indentures, Letters of Credit, Tender Bonds, Commercial Papers, etc.) to evaluate deal structures.
• Track macroeconomic parameters, regulatory developments, and sector risks impacting portfolios.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of debt portfolios (primary and secondary markets).
• Maintain and validate financial models aligned with issuer/servicer reporting.
• Ensure process adherence through quality checks, documentation, and compliance with confidentiality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients across US and EMEA.
• Mentor junior team members, support onboarding, and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements -

• MBA (Finance) or equivalent full-time degree. Legal background preferred.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and credit analysis concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex legal/transaction documents.
• Positive attitude with a solution-oriented approach.
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently on time-sensitive projects.
