GSOP consists of a diverse set of teams that support the GMNS business.The Policy Monitoring team is part of the GMNS Merchant Operations organization and is responsible for enforcing & monitoring adherence to American Express policies by Network partners and merchants as documented in the AEGNS Business & Operational Policies (BOP), Global Merchant Services (GMS) Merchant Policies and other related policies. The Analyst will support operational policy compliance programs, enforcement activities and governance activities for GMNS. These programs and activities are critical to strengthening overall Network performance, increasing customer satisfaction, and protecting the American Express brand.How will you make an impact in this role?Managing operational activities in support of policy compliance programs (Exception Governance, Industry Mandates, Policy Risk Assessment, Payment Card Industry, etc.) and Includes Network Participant performance monitoring, program management, and non-compliance follow-up.
