Total Annual CTC - INR 5,48,600

(4.75 LPA fixed + 47,500 Annual performance bonus + 26,000 Gratuity/ medical, accident & term life insurance)

Shift timings - 10-7 pm, 1-10 pm, 5:30-2:30 am

Financial Spreading/ Covenant Monitoring

Analyzing and spreading the financial statements on various financial spreading platforms. Analysis of financial statements including Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement of public and private companies for the credit appraisal process Going through the supplementary schedules, notes and MD&A for the detailed breakups and adjustments Normalizing the financial statements for exceptional and non-recurring items to arrive at the true profitability figures Calculating the Adjusted Net Worth, Recurring Cash Flows, Annual Debt Service, Contingent Liabilities, custom ratios and other financial metrics Monitor Covenant compliance and reporting. Carrying out tasks like credit reviews, finalizing risk ratings, preparing or writing narratives/credit notes for credit approvals and ongoing monitoring. Responsible for delivering 100% quality Meet strict deadlines and ability to work under pressure particularly around month ends

Loan Operations & documentation

Provide support on Loan data quality for Loan Operations team Validate & reconcile data between source document and Bank's system Identify and remediate incorrect/ inconsistencies /conflicting/ missing information. Ensure that CLO boarding has completed in accordance with instructions Establishment of critical data elements for regulators and shareholders reporting, risk reporting Ensure compliance with the Bank's data governance policies, standards and operational procedures Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. Meet strict deadlines and ability to work under pressure particularly around month ends

Qualitative & Quantitative Research

Supporting our clients on multiple industries including Technology, Media, Telecom, Consumer, Retail, Industrials, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Oil & Gas, among other industries and preparing pitch books, company profiles, strip profiles, trading comps, precedent transactions comps, industry study, company focused discussion documents, studying & analysing different business & financial models in a particular industry. Provide high quality analysis on projects including critical industry or market analysis, company reports, ad-hoc requests, financial analysis, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in-depth secondary research. Managing delivery & execution of projects including Memos, case studies, newsletters, broker/operational benchmarking, WACC analysis, potential buyer analysis, change of control analysis shareholder / ownership analysis, etc. Valuation analysis through income method and multiples driven technique (Relative Valuation analysis) Supporting our clients on financial modelling assignments and to develop results-driven strategies, including critical industry or market analyses, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessments through in depth primary and secondary research. Contribute towards managing project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure "high client satisfaction". Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment.

Key Competencies

Newly Qualified Chartered Accountant/MBA Fresher Proficient at using MS PowerPoint; command over MS Excel to process varied data sets in spreadsheets (Pivots, charting etc.) is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills and adept at synthesizing information to generate insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Highly motivated, ambitious, flexible and willingness to work hard.
