RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. The Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in September 2019.

Job Title & Description - Senior Analyst, Customer Success (Experience: 3-5 years)

  • Run analytics on user tickets aided by multiple customer service tools.
  • Create customer service templates (Help Centre Articles, SOPs, Canned Response) as per the product changes, market evolution & user requirements.
  • Work closely with the Product Managers, Customer Success & Operations team to ensure consistent flow of information & insights between the customers and internal teams.
  • Draft periodic reports on the product segments owned for recommendations to internal teams.
